I have black and white, all the requirements, virus scan off, and when I load it it does the company logo thing, and then the b and w symbol and than freezes

any advice?

it does not freeze, the screen turns black for a couple minutes. it is loading, give it some time.

If it doesn't load after a while, update your video card's drivers.

i think it is some evil joke the programmers put in, because after crashing my computer 6 times, I was allowed inside my temple, then the same thing for every room in the temple... 6 crashes.. then it runs fine...

Anyway Brady it's a buggy game, read any news group, forum, or any piece of documentatino on the game and you will find out it was released a wee bit too early. There's tons of bugs.

black and white works absolutely perfect for me. i am awesome. yes. bow down.

There is talk of a patch being released but it STILL isn't out, even though Tribes 2 (which came out at about the same time) has already had some patch releases. Its no fair.

I near too always hear that "Death" sounds because I spent my time creatively killing villagers, and so does my creature :D

i just took my creature to lythis' (sp?) land, and he got lightning bolted about 500 times :(

It is only the coolest game ever. I cant wait untill I get a video card for this computer. I have one on my other computer but that one is laggy.

B&W works great for me, never freezes...except that the retarded **** restarted my game when I was in level4 and now I have to do it all over again. *hates 3rd level*

I played with waar/deetto today.

He gained a lot of influence with his Wonder and I got upset and sent my awesome creature in to destroy his town.

My creature was getting beat up, well, it was about even, and I healed and waar got all sad. Then I decided to use a fireball and it killed him easily. I then set a lot his buildings on fire.

Then I had to go ;-)

bah, your creature was just about knocked out but nooo you had to cats miracles :(

too bad i didnt have fireball in that scenaria, then you would have been gone :( it is not fun wastign worship by freezing and blockign you inside a physical shield but oh well :( you had me in that game. if you hadn't left my whole place would be yours for the taking simply because i did not have any offensive miracles.

When I had an evil tiger I did that to TrueHeaT, well, I didn't have any miracles, I just went into his village and was like *SMASH*
