I am wondering what a good thing to do my graphics on is. I have paint and thats what i'm using. it is really hard and it takes forever.

Tarns: i used to use Photoshop 6.0... but its not working right no more... it keeps crashing, with the blue screen of doom! "systems halted"

Where do you get paint shop pro and photoshop? are they free?
also do you know how to make them have like a shadow and look round. if you have any secrets or tips i would like to know they.
