Only they can do it now? Because I remember a few months ago the account admin named James changed it for me, does he still work here?

ive only talked to snakeyes once,but he doesnt act like he is better than the common player

Yes he can, and he does it very well. He's one of the few non-corrupt admins, and I don't think he'll become corrupt anytime soon. :)
