press "print screen" then go in Paint and press ctrl+v

Also, to take screenshots of individual windows, select the window you wish to take a screenshot of, and then press ALT + Print Screen.

So basically, to take a picture of your WHOLE computer, just press Print Screen, if you just want 1 program, click on the program, then press ALT + Print screen.
