Go to the snow levels with the birds flying (they flash because they're invisible) The snowcone shop level has birds flying right outside.. go there and float in the air and when a bird gets caught tap a to pull it down ;)

I hate bird-catching; I ate it to death. It's unbelievably hard, even with the highest level net. You never catch any big birds, and it's nearly impossible to make any profit with. It's the entire reason I changed from bomy to human, actually.
