So you want to know why Graal staff is corrupt? (opinion)
 

Here is how I see it:

Stefan and Unixmad want to run a game that is not corrupt, well, how does it help when people apply to become staff? Doesn't that draw all the corrupt people to become staff members so, ultimately, in the end they will go crazy and abuse their privledges. I can name a few exceptions, but if you look back at the history of our *cough* fine *cough* Police how many of them have eventually been kicked off the force for corruption and abuse? How many have been permanantely banned from Graal because they did something bad? The problem doesn't stop there either, higher staff have been doing bad things too, they ban peoples account with little/no proof and get away with it. It's stupid!

If you want to stop the problems, you either

1) Pay the high ranked people (GM's) etc.
2) You appoint Police and FAQ, not let them apply to become all twizted and abusive in the end.

Not all staff are corrupt

(although I think birdbird is aiming in that direction what with the zalactic gun and he used control npc to kill me for no reason at all) :(

It's hard not being currupt, but it is just something you must learn to do. We are basically volunteers and thats great. A game run by the players for the players is a wounderfull idea.
I dont think paying High Rank Staff would ever happen =[

I possibly was one of the only non-corrupt staff on graal... although, I had no authority, even when I was supposed to. Ah well... Now I have nothing to worry about since I am no longer a staff member and will not unless hired back.

It would be a worthless effort. Stefan hasn't listened to me. I even have records of E-Mails I've sent to him that he has not responded to. Most of which had Bomies attached that were to be uploaded. Did they get done? No.
