My hats

I had 2 hats on this account yesterday and they dissapeared..
i baught fisher and the blue dragon hat yesterday logged off then i played some E V R Q S T and i come back checked my hats and they were gone.. i was in the same place as i logged off maybe it was a glitch... can i please get my hats back

The admins dont care i ask them for help and they dont respond i asked birbird for help and he was the only one to respond
