I am just curious if there is a way to update a level without an RC account and if there is could you tell me how to use it ...

uhhh, I dont understand ... like i want it were if I have a LAT without a RC Account for my server he can say "update level" and the level would update ....

there is no way... you have to give them an rc account that only has rights to update levels...

Give them the Flag:rc=1
Then they should be able to update levels I believe.

the only way to give people update level is by giving them an rc account...

and if you dont want them going on rc then you just dont put there ip in the gpip.txt thingy

Ok. The only way to update levels is with RC, or with an account that has an RC level of 1 or higher, with the update level right checked.

'tis local only though..I can think of some fun ways to make up for that..but it would no doubt be very laggy X_X

Updateboard doesn't update the level. All it does is re-load the way the level looks. Basically, if you change a tile in the level with the board[] command, you use the updateboard; command to have the changes take place. What update level does is forces players to re-download the level from the server.

I think he meant updateboard in conjunction with a flag or triggeraction of a sort that all npc's recognize and reset themselves when they see it

why can't stefan add an updatelevel command or sometin?

There is one way to do it that I can think of...But like I said, it is no doubt very laggy...If you would like me to explain it to you, well..My aim is Xaviar21, and I would kind of like to talk to you about something else as well..But, it is up to you
