Well, it's not 1, because a lot more than newbies don't know what the bomy admin does, and it's not d, because plenty of respectable people avoid the kind of company that uses weird words like wub... so b or c are both good options. I can't decide, but perhaps b would be the best answer if it was "SAYS everyone else cannot spar/fight."
