Rock Stealing illegal? I do it all the time and have only been jailed when i stole it from Torankusu. Is it illegal?

As long as the site says it's illegal, it is illegal.

But PKing miners, is still illegal.
I think that is correct.

You can steal rocks, it's allowed.

The site says "disrupting any ways to make money, including, but not limitted to, mining--etc." Stealing rocks from people that don't want you to mine them could be considerred disruptive, so I guess you'll be jailed.

People don't need to steal rocks from me when mining. If you ask I'll let you hit a rock or two. :)

Now when I'm crafting...

But wait what if a Bomy is Kicking at a Clam and it opens and reveals a pearl but another Bomy comes to get it..That is interfering in money making....

1. If your mining the rocks and not PK'ing I don't see a problem
2. Mining sucks now, too much craftinh house lag, I won't bother doign it until the UG lake mining center is finished (whenever that will be)
