Instead of complaining why don't you people tell them how to make them better? "IT SUCKS" doesn't do anybody any good.

my suggestion is delete all image making programs on your computer

My suggestion is to KEEP MAKING IMAGES but don't waste our time and show them to us until you've practiced a LOT and are sure that you have something good.

Isn't the Red Ribbon hat copyrighted to? It's probably not as well known as the mickey hat but if your complaining about copyrights for that, you should aslo complain about the red ribbon hat.
