Problem with Kingdoms Character? Anyone seen before?

Hey Everyone,

I used to play Graal a while back, I resubscribed today! However, when I log into Kingdoms, my character is level 1 and my inventory doesn't have any of my previous items in it. The weird thing is, the appearance of my character in game shows him wearing the items I had before.

Any clues? This is kind of weird, I obviously want my character back, but maybe its a glitch on my end?

As a matter of fact, even my hotkeys still show the correct items and spells I had on them

Best way is to log on GK and contact me so I can look for backups. Not sure what is causing the issue
