When Stefan removes OBS mode, or proves he is not going to make it worse for players. The rumor's of harsher trial restrictions have discouraged him and his staff.

The fact that Stefan doesn't even try to deliver on false promises is a big part of it. Another part is his unwillingness to work with one of the more professional servers, and lastly, there is no perceived profit in PC Graal to Stefan, so why should he care?
