Are you allowed to use music from another game as long as you give the song title and stuff?

Depends on the type of copyright license and use agreement set by the author.

Example: If you use music from another video (Let's say... Something from Megaman X) or otherwise and you don't credit them, you could easily get sued for infringement, but since Graal has a funny way of taking ownership of whatever you upload, if its copyrighted by someone else and uploaded without permission, you must take it down by the rules.

So to answer your question: Usually no, you may not. It's safer not to do so.

the music from "Castle Crashers " is copy written so you can't use that. Only free music that I think is allowed is Royalty Music.

That also may or may not require consent from the creator, based once again on the licensing done for the copywrite.
