gun stat poll
 

a poll yesterday showed that over 40% of era wants guns as they were before, 25% wants the current guns to change, 18% duznt care, and only 17% likes the guns how they are
i don't see why the poll was removed since only 150-200 people had voted and the melee poll is still up there. anyways, it seems obvious what era wants in terms of guns: fast, fun and challenging guns rather than high freeze guns which slow down the game.

Aka. Lame, Overpowered, zero freeze guns which make the game even more unbalanced economically and statistically.

I honestly have no problem with this, me and Wil were joking yesterday... and if you want to make our guns even more overpowered, [Lol] go for it.

On a separate note, how much do polls even matter? After about 100 people had voted I checked the votes, and counted only 13 people out of like 45 that voted for old stats that actually played during that time and would have a valid opinion of the matter by comparison.

The other choices weren't much better, I didn't know half the people that voted, and I know plenty of people that voted wrong because the choices weren't so clear.

So again, how much validity do these polls hold? Obviously when people like Tk keep making threads saying 'OH POLL STATS BLAH THIS AND BLAH' they should hold very little prowess eh?.

Just my opinion on the matter of polls themselves.

Don't care about gun stats, just gonna say the .05 stats were when there was 5 Mp5s, 7 TGs, 1 Souizen, 1 Scar, 1 Tech9. Good luck having any sort of fun under those conditions with 20 Mp5s, 30 Tgs, 5 Souizen, 5 Scar, 3 Tech9, + ACR and other new guns on that tier.

the polls were clear and so were the results, this is what era wants cuz guns with lower freeze r more fun to use and offer a greater challange skill-wise-
the only reason why the guns were changed in the first place was cuz an incompetent manager who hired a very angry player who was tired of losing raids and gang events. no1 was asking for higher freeze guns except the same m0rons saying "omg era was so cool in 2002 with 4 guns, 3 ets and staff abusing from left to right, era sux now it's so dying"

if ur not gonna listen to such thrashing results (less than 20% of era likes the guns as they are now), why do polls at all?

i dont see why you complain if you have the best guns..but about this merching thats the real problem..i cant even make a 20k profit anymore

Merching is the primary mechanism for inflation on era.

i have all the best guns but they're all pretty much boring..too easy to use...the only challenging tier1 gun i've found on era is the s6, but it's not my style of gun: too defensive.
you could give a navy to a kid with 100hours and he'd prolly use it decently. if you were to give the navy with .05 freeze to some noob he'd just try laming and get owned.. guns with lower freeze also help prevent laming (you can easily circle sum1 tryna wall lame you before he even realises what has happened, whilst if you're both using .1 freeze guns you need to be pretty bad to get circled successfully) and defensive playstyle
