Since many people ask for advice and there are tons of tutorials out there. I just decided to share this link to my #1 tutorial that i have used to learn pixel art. I give this link to EVERYONE that asks.

the tutorials are short and sweet. I hope it helps other people wanting to learn the fading art of pixeling. If you need more examples or insperation for pixel art i recommend studdying the art from the Gods of pixels who created the Metal slugs images. (my pixel idols)

practice makes perfect or closer to it anyway.

I did my time haha! :D i assume this reply is regarding the msg i wrote on dusty's thread and i also assume you are his friend defending him.

I am self taught and never claimed to be a great GFX artist. i mostly learned to GFX by imitation, observation and researching experts techniques then applying and practicing. ive never had a art course in my life always music in highschool. i also dont draw with pencils or anything else, never have.

either way im not against recycling free resource GFX. i think the graal community as a whole has put using resource site GFX as a taboo.i agree should have mentioned i used and edited some outlines though. :p

in my defence i had very limited time, i was under pressure and working for free doing charity work to fine people like you. ;) (the irony lol...)

I wish i still had the images but my old pc died, i lost so much stuff!!pissed!
