You could use your time more effectively, too, instead of posting useless threads.

It's time to suck todays ****.

I don't see what the problem is. Along with taking care of audio on Era, I also have an interest in keeping players interested and bringing out the creative side. Doing this isn't a waste of time and as long as I do my job correctly and within a reasonable period of time, it's of no concern to you what I do in my free time. I've received a lot of positive results from both Era staff and players, and hope that this project has a successful outcome.
So, in a nutshell...

we have certain guns with terrible sounds, focus on that plz

Report them correctly instead of instigating ****.
Believe it or not, but the responsibility of a game being held up properly is a two way gate, One side is the staff that you love to instigate and irritate so much and then there's the other side of the gate that unfortunately, you belong on that seems to just fester with more and more problems because of people like yourself who do not uphold their side of the responsibility.

Now put up or shut up.

TK, just curious, because apparently not bothering to explain is the obvious answer in your case, but I have the following questions.

1. When Emera said a group of people, why do you assume it's all staff? Furthermore, why do you assume that this side project is going to completely debilitate anyone's ability to do required work?

2. What are you getting at, what's your ultimate solution? Should all the staff just be fired? Era'd go UC and you'd be out of a game (although to be fair, I'm sure they'd leave the forums open so you could complain there about how it was shut down)

3. Where has the fun gone? Where, damnit?

What I'm trying to get at is..hush mode, son. Every single one of us staff members works for no pay/gain on a daily basis, so that the players of Era can continue to play unhindered and happily.
This includes you. We (unfortunately) by definition are working so that you, among others, may have a happy time on Era.
And you have the audacity to make threads -daily- about how little we do? Try getting along without us, thanks..

If you can't post effectively, or constructively, don't post at all.

Let me make something else clear, bloodykiller: At no point are the forums the place for half the threads you have been making lately. Please seriously assess whether a thread you wish to create is appropriate for the forums before clicking that submit button.
