request for more apartments/houses
 

its nearing christmas and no property owner is going to sell their property right now which leaves the rest of us out. i request that at the very least the era apartments or the sewer gets another floor of houses which can be auctioned or put up for set prices. and to anyone who has a property and doesnt care get at me i got the cash. its not really fair otherwise, i think half of the properties are owned by inactive people as well

None (ZERO) of the properties are owned by inactive people.
There's an RC command to check when people logged in last, and I regularly check each houseowner's account to make sure they have not gone over the 21 day mark where their house gets repossessed

either way i managed to find one finally but had to pay a hefty 100k for a simple 2 room tiny apartment. i still see lots of other players who are left in the dark tho who really want a chance. as i said what would it really hurt adding say 10 more properties aside taking more money out of the economy which alf wants anyway. just a suggestion =X

Era's house system is sounding like the UK's property ladder.

Same reason there's only a few Mp5's out. Makes housing special.

The whole apartment system sent that to hell enough on its own, that doubled the amount of available houses, and happened relatively recently compared to how long houses have been around.

the only reason i see it as a conern is because of the xmas event everyone wants in on. to limit that to only a certain amount of players doesnt seem fair does it? the players with the money will be lucky to get even an apartment for 150k in time. i guess its not that big of a problem but i think everyone should have equal opportunity to own a property

Anyone reading this thread, don't ever buy from this ripoff artist.

I don't agree with the christmas tree thing being exclusive to house owners. But if that's your concern, then lobby for their removal, not more houses.

Would that be the house you only paid 130k for?

Only in certain cases, like extreme inactivity or bans. Read in the information tab on the N menu for more info :3
