Honestly, this only caters to very wealthy players.. Which I thought one of the reasons for the halloween shop not being released was because "All the rich players would just buy it all, where is the fun for the new players?" Or something to that effect.

Now then even if people could all afford the houses, there are simply not enough houses on era.

More then 75% of the player base is getting gimped by this shop, are you at least going to be putting another one out for those less fortunate?

I agree with this. 30% of the house owners are also inactive and half the staff team have a house as well.

I agree with this, I thought the holiday was about giving. Not 'giving' if you can afford to get it.

Plus I'm pissed.. I walk into this shop and it says 'Buy a tree for up to 20 ultra-rare items'.. so I buy it and now I can't use it/drop it/trade it/refund it. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Players should be able to place the trees anywhere on grass, and the trees would be locked to their account. Maybe allow players to cut them down and steal them or something, I'd straight sit there and defend it all day. :3

Everyone was fine with the housing situation last week. Not a one of you complained about it. But now that houses actually have a purpose, you all cry ""Oh, I can't buy a house cause there aren't enough!" or "I can't buy a house because I'm poor!"

And not only that, Christmas was turned into a consumer holiday a while ago; not sure if you noticed yet.

so do apartments count as houses? im thinking of mining myself up a bunch of cash before the 25th and getting an apartment and a tree. if i have to get an actual house then im ****ed :(

Yes everyone was fine with the housing situation last week because they already served their purpose of giving a person + friends permanent places to store items, now what they serve as is a "smart" way to spawn items, how funny will it be when they destroy whats left of this economy?

I've seen people complain about trees not working in apartments, so I assume that they don't count as houses.

Its the way the trees are setup is why there only available to house owners. (Also I just updated it to allow apartments) . THERE needs to be a place to spawn the christmas tree, because we can't have gifts spawning all over the gmap? That would just cause a mess and confusion. We have other events planned for players with no houses, I'm terrible sorry that this event is reserved for house owners.

trees aren't movable in the house, although when uselect them it looks as if ur moving them like furniture

Only time you can't move the tree is if you place it on a wall, PM me in game and Ill fix.

Giving what? I can't give the tree away (I tried).

There aren't enough (obviously there's more players than houses).
But there's this thing about homes now; since you have to pay to customize them they can't gain value... however every time one is sold the player wants to make a profit... so the price goes up but the value stays the same.
Only way to get a house for a reasonable price anymore is to go to the auctions or just pay a friend 20k to add a room for you.

I personally can afford a house but my account is trial status and I have access to multiple homes; dunno about everyone else but you were directly quoting me.

Should only make them purchasable by home owners... is there a way to refund them? Or can u make them drop-able?

Joker has had it for about ~2 months, just gave it back about a week ago. Funny how you didn't notice...

lol a week ago was when i checked if she still had the house, and she did, i never went to the house while joker had it :P
