Buying Gelats Via Allopass.

Hello, just wondering is there a problem with the "Australian" allopass number?
sending code to 19717070 does nothing.
I have waited around 10 mins now and nothing has happened.
and to answer most of your questions. YES I have credit and YES i am sending the right message and to the right number.
Any ideas?
