Thanks @fowlplay for the ping thread, thanks to you i was able to make this.

Instructions:
1. Download the Ping text file attached.
1. Add the script to your server as a weapon.
2. Add it to your self and look at the bottom right of screen.

PS: Stefan please fix the "Incapsula" Error.
When i was trying to post the script it kept giving me an Incapsula error.
So therefore i had to upload a text file with the script in it.

This "Incapsula error".. I think it's caused because of Mozilla Firefox,
Are you using that browser by chance?

Yes i am using firefox.
i should switch to google chrome :D
firefox is annoying.
