It's 23 rooms, with a ton of different stuff. I'll see if i can take some screenshots and upload it in a zip later.

pretty much looking for cash only, but, there's only about 3 people that could afford it then, and one of them is TK who's a cheap *******, so i might concede down to cash and items.

Yeah honestly I wouldn't pay more than 200k for a house regardless of the size. Because no matter how big it is, it still serves the exact same purpose.

I'm surprised you paid that much for it @scoper.. since it pretty much got passed down for free after Sales bought it in a auction for '2 room edittable home' I believe it was.

Not only because I could easily say "OMG SOMEONE OFFERED 02401924012 FOR MY HOUSE" (I don't have one?) and because 95% of "I was offered this" are outdated, nonexistent, or not feasible.

The owner of the house did not log in for more than 21 days, and the house was seized and auctioned off.
