This could've been answered with a ticket or PM to Alfonso.
Since the weapon balancing put in place, they aren't adding anymore weapons into the shops so as-to keep the values equal to the stats set upon them. (Which were based partially upon price/rarity at the time of the balance)

They could potentially add new weapons, which could be placed in shops.. but I don't see why anyone would be that stupid. The last time new weapons were introduced they were all exceedingly overpowered due to the creators lacking any actual Era experience. This lead to a few bugs and tons of development time (mostly Alfonso) to fix them (mostly RPG).

Plus you guys already complain because stats are too similar or prices aren't correct.

well now that everything is balanced wouldnt it be ok to take all the guns out of shop? or cycle then like b4..

they even had a gun contest and gave out prizes for best gun designs but nothing was released due to staff laziness

What happens when you change the balance?
You create an imbalance.

That was done by William himself using his own PERSONAL items as prizes, to try and get the players involved. The winning design was going to be used as one of the gang guns since there was no usable ganis for a dual handgun. The graphics artists could've easily done it but he wanted to have fun. (Pretty sure he even denoted this in the contest)

Nothing was released because... well.. nothing was released o.O? The gang shop has yet to be completed or released, gang guns have yet to be finished or released.

Pretty sure you're the one who knows nothing, so stop trying to troll if you don't know what you're talking about.

how is taking guns outta shop creating an imbalance...they should cycle shops like they used to do..delete the neo place and fort knox they been there for years keep the black market for like another month and make a new shop wit diff guns.

there should be an auction every 1-2weeks

or could u make the guns with the better stats be more expensive...i mean its rediculous
