I can't see anything on Graal, restarting the client makes it go away but it's still very annoying.
edit: going in and out of full screen also fixes it

Whoever scripted Era's drunk mode must be a pro.

I see this occur when I run another program that utilizes the video card, exit out of it, and then come back to see graal. It looks different depending on the game. For example, World of Warcraft does little to mess up graal, but older games like Doom 2 mess it up almost exactly like in your screenshot.

Do you run anything else besides the Graal client at the same time? Anything that would use the video card in full-screen mode? Just my thoughts.
