SMS Service; Bug?

I hope a Global admin, or possibly Stefan gets to read this..

I have send the code ''KEY'' to the number 4999, As the information says (SMS: Send ''KEY'' to 4999 (1.50 EUR) Receive 95 Gelats!) for about 4 Times.

Though after waiting a couple of minutes i have only got 1 reply, but i have no idea what happend to the other 3 Codes.

After waiting another couple of minutes i decided to send another ''KEY'' word to the number, and again i didn't get a reply..


Now what should i do..?

So... Its been atleast a hour now, still nothing :o

The only thing I know is that usually you still kept your money. Just one thing less to worry about for you ;)

Well to be honest i dont care much about money, i have enough.. Its just annoying that im trying to buy gold and the systems wont work..

Did you actually get any codes at all? There were several issues like this not long ago and after Stefan checked into it he found that Allopass had changed their policies. Something that isn't under Graalonlines control.

Uhh, i did get one code but i had send the word 5 times..

Today, like 20 hours after the thing happend i tried again and i did get the codes now :3
