I love Nich, but Sinkler has been quite active on Era as well. He's a close second, but of course Alfonso is third.

I did like Alec (Aramas) when he was an old Manager of Era. He was a very articulate and competent leader (from my experience).

Alec was cool; he gave me PPA ^^

I guess it's in your own opinion. I believe that Alec's abilities were unable to be seen due to the staff's opposition towards his administration.

I wouldn't call it a "temper" problem. He was clearly frustrated with the fact that the entire staff team was being difficult throughout his entire reign as manager. I would argue that he was goal-oriented and wouldn't get off course. I guess you can call that shortsightedness because he was focused on one idea at a time, but I prefer to call it dedication to his image of Era.

Long-story short, Alec was an awful manager.
I'm not really much to scrunch my eyes just to view the mechanics; they're irrelevant. Results are whats relevant and in his case, there were none.

Whether or not he had a temper, he failed.
Whether or not he was goal-oriented, no goals were reached, he failed.

In short, Alec Sheridan was a failure as management. The end.

Perhaps you should elaborate on his failure? How did he fail? What makes you believe he failed? Just saying that he failed without any substance to your response isn't really going to make anyone believe your case.

I could go on forever but uh... no.

In short,

Failure: The nonperformance of something due, required, or expected.

Alec Sheridan did not perform his required or expected duties.
A Manager is expected to:

- Provide new content
- Keep an organized workplace/worker
- Usher in success to whats managed
- Propose and implement solutions to issues (whether small or big).
- ETC ETC ETC

I don't recall him excelling at ANY of the listed and beyond.
You say workplace/worker, but the workers disagree... lol and the results also depict otherwise.
Alec's only accomplishment was wasting time on Section 31 and even that failed.

We can list his failures for eons. Where did he succeed?

In regards to new content, he created and established Regency Theater (which was successful at one time). Scotland Yard was also big as I am sure you recall. In regards to "organized workplace", he was unable to achieve it due to Era's political factions, and thus unable to usher in as much success as he would have liked. Please look to the reset example as a solution to fix Era's economic downturn.
