Cauldron/Alchemy Glitch
 

Probably something about it in this forum but a reminder couldn't hurt.

After using alchemy on a cauldron, the "ghost" of the item I used to create whatever I was trying to do remains in the cauldron along with the item I created. This continues even when I close the cauldron and will even take up space in a bag if I open one.

Old glitch. To prevent it, be sure to always close the cauldron before casting. It happens when an item is taken out of a container you have open or applied.

like When you die and plat falls out of your bag,sack, or pouch. =)
