auto disconnect from testbed, please fix

Every time I attempt to log onto testbed, I get a dc message saying "the server administrator has disconnected you." Can someone please fix this? my account is Graal749011

I have fixed it and globally banned, blacklisted, and removed the person who uploaded it. Sorry for the problem.

Reset and disconnect should be disabled for the npc-server on Testbed.

The NPC Server should really inherit its own rights. I'd also like to use /clearnpcs using sendToRC(), but that doesn't seem to work :(

better idea would be for it to be associated to those actual rights.
