has there been a server change? cuz my ping is hitting 180 and it hasnt been this low since era's server was moved to west coast

i ping up to 300 now with an average of 150, before i never went over 120 : /

After much spam and complaints, I have enabled the option to toggle between the old fire effects and the new particle effects. This should help a LOT of you with any lag you may be getting from explosions from grenades, nitros, etc. To enable the old fire effects, simply go to the options menu by clicking the wrench located on the top left of your screen. It should be under Display and Effects.<br><br>Currently, I have only made this option work for Nitro bombs, but am enabling it to all fires soon. I don't plan on keeping THESE old fire ganis to reduce lag, I plan on making it look somewhat better in the future while still not making it consume your FPS. Just a temporary fix.

FPS lag is not the same as Network lag, so perhaps you are the one who needs to learn.

A change made by your ISP could have affected your pings as well.

I don't believe they moved the server at all since it's still pointing to the same host as it was months ago.

yeah the new fire gani helps fps but has nothing to do with ping..my lowest latency (not ping) was 151 before server change, 199 after server change and now it looks like it's 180
good news, but i still believe that europeans should have the chance to have ping/latency under 100ms..

i usually ping at 86 but lately its been
really laggy like shoots up to 1000 ping when i mine or someone in the room wehn i mine

i suffer from america lag. lolol

Yeah, I've been lagging more :/
