We will be looking for a few staff members, when the server is "up-to-par" then I will start hiring Non-Devs.
But for now, I'm not. I am looking for "High-Class" developers.

It was Great for like two days, Shadow came back and DESTROYED the fun everyone was having. Server can burn, for all I care.

The server is never great. It's only deemed "great" because everyone gets anything from events or by staff. The server is not even finished, yet it is put up time and time again. You can't get a player count off of hosting events for the best weapons in the game. It has no economy along with poor management.

For a UC server it keeps a steady player count so I don't know why you'd say that.

Its PC is exactly like Zone's, but worse. Zone get's its playercount by spamming events.

Ghetto gets a playercount by spamming events along with free giveaways from staff. This isn't an actual playercount,

I dunno, it is a good server, but they are ruining it. All the items are being given out, everything is being handed to the players- there's no economy, no way to make "progress", just no gameplay really.

You just outlined the basic concept of every Graal server...

I think they have an economy, (Well, for graal.), but, I don't think it's controlled, and the server IS going to fail, like every time before.

What does Graal Ghetto offer that Era doesn't?

I wasn't trolling I asked a question then stated a fact. It has to offer something that era doesn't otherwise its just another modern server.

So, if everyone hates Graal Ghetto coming back.. Wut would you say if noct came back?

A good player count is nothing if it only lasts for less than a month. The only reason people play it, as I said, is because you can get just about anything for free. If you can tell me when it can hold a stable player count for a few months then I will be proud.

If you're not comitted to filling out and completing a simple application you don't have the comittment to work on that server. Applications are just as much a test of character as it is a test of skill.

No developer should just be given the job. I don't care who you are.

I agree with you. An application does not take much time, and not everyone knows who someone such as Elk or Soala is. If someone can't sit down to do an app, i'd doubt their work ethics

It's Graal, doubt everyones work ethic until developers start getting paid.

If it's someone notably capable of producing high tier work offering to help a server notably incapable of not being awful as it is in this case (I assume you were referring to Aeko), then an application and "commitment" isn't really a big deal here, since it seems more like charity than anything.

When you realize people are ready to pay you for your work, you won't consider Graal that much of a good place to work. Even though I still have ongoing graal projects, I have WAY better projects (non-graal ones) with people I met on here.

Enjoy your pipedream I suppose. Although, the way you throw around the word "potential" makes it obvious that whatever you're working on is actual trivial, unimpressive, and won't last longer than two years - "but wait!!," it has "potential" to not suck - just like pigs have the "potential" to adapt to the point where they're capable of flight.

Potential is a hollow word, used by those destined to fail in a blind attempt to comfort themselves. Because a part of you already knows you're wasting your time and lying to yourself by thinking it will be good, and even when it crashes and burns, you'll still be able to say "yeah but it had potential."

Once again, you have no idea of what I'm talking about.

And yet, I still know it will fail.
