Era iPhone - Hide & Seek Event

Added Hide & Seek to the events system.
It chooses a random place to hide (On the overworld or in a house)- and if you find him you will get a hat prize (up to 15 different hats)

There are 5 different characters to find
Toad, Juggernaut (Red & Blue), Spaceman, vMan & Green Joker
