Are you trying the see the gani Online?

If you are, is it saved as .png or .gif?

Do you have rw images/*.png and rw images/*.gif in Folderconfig?

Because something is wrong.

You should have added a new attrubute to the gani.
Assuming you did that, you can set the attribute to your custom image in a clientside script:
PHP Code:

player.attr[i] = "myimage.png"

If that is set correctly, and your gani is created correctly, check that the image is downloadable.
In the Remote Control:

/find myimage.png

There's a thread ~4 topics below this one with the same problem (and lots of suggestions to fix)

You can do this maybe u can fix it. upload img into ur main img folder
make sure your gani file has .gani on it and upload to ur gani main folder then go to rc open playerlist right click on you go to Attrubuites
go to look and erase and put the gani name in there with out the .gani and c if it plays it

I believe it only really reads gifs or low png files..
I can save it as an PNG-8, PNG-24 or GIF and they all work online.
And for all I care offline isn't reliable. I have to transfer my files to another computer to test offline so I have only done it once, I know my PNG's and sometimes GIFs do not work offline. I am told GIFs usually do work however and have once worked for me..

Either way just do them online, and edit them via textfile like I explained to you a few days ago. I will be making a tutorial how to do that later.
