Routing videos through ganis, possibility or no go?

I was thinking itd be pretty cool to be able to route a video through a gani file and display the video on a projector screen that was ganied.
not following what im saying?
imagine someone setting their gani to "projectorscreen.gani" and having a video play ON the projector screen.
possibly run the video through a video sharing server or straight from a certain folder on your computer maybe, idk. thats why im asking you guys, because idk how to make complicated **** like that.
but please, if someone could ever figure out a way, enlighten me.

Only if we could pull out Downsider's "Tuber NPC" (aka the NPC he made to be able to Watch youtube videos on a GUI pop-up screen when placing the end url's serial for the video you wish to watch) :(

If Matt could release that script; this would be solved a lot quicker (as far as how the method could be pieced together)

Era had a working theater for a while and I believe it used flash (.flv) files to play movies (which is the file format youtube uses).

I don't think you could play them from your computer without uploading them first (nobody else would see them), and don't know whether you could play them from within a gani file.

I believe through ganis it's plausible in theory but I'm not sure to the limitations of ganiscripts, But it does seem possible.

Why would you need it to be done through a gani?

It seems to be more of a want than a need, If I had to guess, I think it would be for portability of some sort.

I could imagine a gani of someone busting out a projector and a projection screen, then suddenly playing a movie out in the middle of nowhere, though I don't get the point of that.

To add further on, I could see this semi useful as more of a simplification tool of say..

Showing the do's and don'ts of server rules in a comedic fashion (Imagine a large projection screen appearing out of the blue and suddenly a 1920-30's black n white cartoon appearing on the screen showing the basic rules.)

But that's off the top of my head

99% certain you can't use GuiFlashCtrl via GANIs. You shouldn't really need GANIs, though.

True. It would be somewhat interesting to test it if you ask me.
