Very very simple clickwarp

PHP Code:

//#CLIENTSIDE
function onMouseDown(var)
{
if (var ==
"double")
{
player.mousex;
player.mousey;
}

Good for staff who dont deserve boots... Events Team etc. :p

You should avoid using var as a variable name. There are some strange issues with it in some contexts that make it worth avoiding in all instances.

Also style/indent your scripts properly.

Who'd "deserve" boots anyway? They are in no way superior to click warp. More like the other way around.

This 100%.

It's like I believe, Dev staff only need three things in common powers wise.

warpto(player and x/y), click warp and RC

That's not at all true.

Scripters need the ability to summon players, the ability to spawn items (if you have an item-based server), the ability to host events in order to test them (if you have an event-based server), etc.

Granted, they don't need a hat setter and a lot of the stuff they get, but not giving scripters the rights they need just leads to them remaking them, which only leads to problems. If a scripter is going to abuse, you want them to abuse with the actual staff tools, not ones that they make.

You took my context wrong, Three basic powers all dev staff need in common, Meaning that are miscellaneous as far as staff rights go, No duh that scripters need things like NC or GFX need the ability to upload their specific graphics. (btw I meant powers/rights from earlier post)

Why exactly do graphic artists need click-warp?

same reason any other staff with any warping abilities at all; to keep up? It's probably the only luxury right I find to be okay enough to be used by anyone; it's not going to be abused if controlled properly.

I agree that graphic artists should have click warp, I'm just trying to figure out why you hate staff boots and love click warp enough to say that it's one of the few rights every staff member should have :confused:

There was some strange issues with it. That was fixed back in 08, so no need to avoid using 'var'.

Ok the npcserver has been updated, you can now use "var" as function parameter and variable name again. The built-in values "NULL", "true", "false" and "pi" also work as function parameter names again instead of displaying an error.

They need warp rights because there is like zero benefits for working on a graal server. You're going to need something to abuse.

Click warp gets you from Point A to B, Development have to be able to see and that is all they need. Boots are A to B just like click warp but the difference is that it can be flicked on and forgotten to be turned off; you use click warp and you are where you want to be, with boots it's showing off and is unnecessary on the job.
