allow computer access to your account error
 

Hey guys i been gone for 2 years i came back last night
well i got a new computer and got a new password to my graal account
Rave_J it let me on last night cuz i approve it but i got off for a bit i try to later that night and it say e-mail been sent to the owner of this account needs to approve computer access or something like that. so i try to go to the e-mail and do it once more but it says account does not exist which it does its a p2p lifetime classic account so can something disable that feature on my account or do something to fix this stupid thing. it fails but u try on that system

The computer approval system on the website has been down for a few months now.

You can ask for a manual approval by the PWAs, through [email protected] by giving the new PCID and your account name.

Since when? I got my laptop this month and got it allowed no problem.

i dont know my pci since im not on graal umm my ip address always change i wrote them threw support e-mail i know they can disable the feature so i want them to just disable the whole thing to my account

ya and approve it Friday night then couple of hours later it says i have to approve this computer and said this account doesnt exist which its done idk if its because its a lifetime p2p classic account idk

The last three times I had to get a new computer approved, it was down for me. Had an error like "Not requested" or something, which sucked.

You should find the new PCID in the mail you got that has the link to approve it on the website.

i dont think its too long to be it
umm they can simply just disable it from my account i know they use too have a thing that ask you if u want to keep or it disable it a while ago

MAN still dont work how long does this take for them to fix this problem anybody have a time frame ?

this is what i dont get. They make it where u have to pay and then they take more then 2 days to fix a problem i just bought gold for a month and cant even use it
are u guys going to add two extra days to the account for gold or just say hahahaha
i would like if graal actually did support tickets or something
