Yeah, for a while there I felt like I was the only person on the staff team who wasn't in the Kuraittou (sp?) family.

p.s. I'm happier working under a competent/active manager because I get to avoid all of the PR drama and can focus on development. If it came down to there not being anyone else capable or willing, I would probably take the job again, though.

Erm, yeah; I don't think there could've been a better pick for a staff team, I mean these guys look well-rounded. From what they've done in the recent past, it seems like they know EXACTLY what they're doing.

My Opinions that don't matter:

• Vulcans been fired like twice.. for spawning I believe? But I honestly prefer him to Kinetaro at this position, so not TOO bad.
• Akeon is worse than Deophite [@ Chris], not only can he not lead or develop... but he can't tell the truth either. (Don't forget hes a state trooper guys)
• I'm pretty sure Alf quit like 3 times, works for IPhone, and is an illegal immigrant... but at least hes better than Akeon. <3
• Sales ftw.
• Maybe now Crackwizar can start changing levels without having to get permission from 4 different people then having them all change their minds (little conversation we had) so lets see how he does.
• LATs still suck.
• Swift is meh.
• Glad to see Casper actually has a computer while he's staff... whys there PRA+GPA?
• Death has sucked at ETA for the past 2 months.

I think all of you are giving them a bad wrap. One cannot measure success when they've just received their positions. One must look at the consequences of their actions to see if their actually beneficial, however, we all ready know there is talent on the team in some form or another.

imo not much was accomplished when they had lower positions

oh and i dont remember if the last person who resetted was vulcan or smu..if it was you vulcan please dont commit this mistake again :) compare todays playercount to the one we had 4++years ago

If you factor in the decline in the total population of Graal then Era's population is about the same now as it was 4 years ago. Resets don't do anything to the population, except provide a small initial boost of returning players, most of whom all leave again in a short while anyway.

im sure a huge amount of players would quit in front of a reset
and era doesnt have to compare itself to the rest of graal since it's the only decent server
