No challenge in GK and a number of suggestions.

List of suggestions:
Make monsters drop weapons and armors. I haven't seen any RPG expect this one to not drop weapons.

High and lowlevel content.
Make bosses and Hard quests for the level 100+
And for the low leveled, Under lvl 50, Easier way to make money, So they can buy something nice when they become a high level.

My idea for a high level boss and a low level boss

High level boss:
The doombringer
HP: 100,000 (You can only hit like 100 in this game.)
MP: 100,000 (Not really any use.)
Resist everything 50%

Spells:
Doom (Slows your speed down)
GMP Eater (Drains your Grace and MP to 1)
Thunderbolt (Hits all in the area of The Doombringer, And it leaves you with 1 HP.
Delay (Unable to use any spells for 5-10 seconds)
Scroll-off (Unable to use any healing scrolls for 20 seconds)

Speed: Same as Kvasir
Attack: Attacks with his yellowflaming sword, And uses any of the spells above.
Possible drops: Improvement pots x5, Flame ice dagger,Thundersword,Darkflame sword,Demon shield,Flame dagger,IWD and EA.
100% drop: 10,000 Platinum coins and 50x Restoration scrolls.

Low-level boss.
Onyx Demon
HP: 10,000
MP: 5,000
Resist: Everything 20%

Spells:
Meteor (A large meteor-like ball that deals 80% of the player's HP.)
Flame circle (Summons a flame circle around the demon.)
Summon demon (Summons 1 or 2 demons.)
Healer (Heals 5-10% of the demons HP.)
Bullet Bomb ( A star of bullets come out of him*)

Speed: Same as a demon.
Attack: Attacks with bullets,fireballs and firebolt.

Possible drops: EA,IWD,Shield of the moon, 100x Diamonds, Improvement pot x3, Apple (lol), Demonic sigil 1/100% chance**
100% Drops: 5,000 platinum coins, 25x Restorations scrolls.

His rarest drop. With his sigil, Go to Blacksmith Marlon in Bomboria and drag it to him. He becomes o_O and says that he can create rare materials with it. Give it to him by saying ''yes''. After a few seconds of smithing, You will get a random rare item.

Possible items:
ALL the possible drops from The Doombringer.

It takes more than an idea to spark massive development. Crypt alone took a lot of work. I'm sure we'll see new instances with new drops and new items in the future, but we can't expect it over night. I'm sure Tig's full development force is being put into GK iPhone.

Your boss ideas lack 'phases'

I think it's been a lot longer than just a night.

I was thinking of writing it, But because of the time limit you have on edit messages, I can't.

Very good point, but there is progress going on at GK iPhone. If that gets going, we'll have a lot of very nice new systems.. hopefully a lot of new items and possibilities. Just being an iPhone server will attract many developers, and all work being done on GK iPhone after that will be able-for use i'd assume on the actual PC server.

It's hard to sustain a player-count even with updates with the lack of players on Graal itself.
