Reset / Updates
 

When is the reset and the major upgrades to Era?
I know it was said before, but what is the time scheduled for it again?
And what will the updates consist of, are some done and ready for testing?

So many questions, can anyone answer these?

1. No reset date (from what I know as a developer), and no major upgrades. Currently the staff team has just been trying to make little adjustments to current Era as well as slowly but surely work on the "major" upgrades.
2. Updates would probably consist of new ways to make money, new tileset, ect.

Don't take my word for it though, I don't know the true intentions of the management o.o. This is from a dev point of view.

These questions are rhetorical lol

I've been working on a new event system inspired by Monty Python's idea. I've made a lot of progress and now just have to remake all of the events to work with a point system. This isn't very hard to do; it's just tedious and time consuming. The end goal is to make events more rewarding for everyone. Instead of only awarding a single EC to one person, everyone in the event has the opportunity to earn something. Even if you're on the losing team, you can earn event points by killing players and doing certain activities pertaining to whatever event you're in.

So far I've remade Chance (used Chris Vimes' work from Era Dev <3), Race, and LMS, and have also added a new event: Maze Race (with randomly generated mazes).

I'm not just remaking the events, either. I'm trying to make them more enjoyable and creative, so if you have any suggestions on how an event can be improved, feel free to send me a PM.

Hopefully sometime within the next 10-20 years, although that is dependent on how many Managers pass through. Which can be anywhere from 1-50 depending if the PWA actually do their job or continue prancing through the flowers.

Noto pretty much said it. Though I highly doubt there will be any updates per say, being that they still have yet to fix the current bugs/problems/systems.

Technically, I just did, but probably not the way you want.
