Ridiculous (Attention Stefan)
 

Ok so over a month ago one of my staff members bought a Dev server in order to have the time transfered over to the N-Pulse Debug server to prevent us from running out of time. As soon as he got the confirmation information I sent it to Stefan in order to get the time transfered. I received an email about a week later saying that he will be happy to transfer the time, he just wants confirmation from the person who purchased the server. So I relayed the message and they sent him an email to confirm the transfer from the email that is registered with his account. This was a month ago, and we still have yet to get a response, and his server is still up so the time has not been transfered. I have sent follow up emails as well as the person who purchased the server, but still to this day not reply. So I figured since we have had no luck getting into contact with him via e-mail or forums PM, I would create a thread and see if that doesn't get the ball rolling. I understand that he is busy, but over a month is just ridiculous. He was also sent an email from Abjorn to transfer the server over into my name, being has he no longer has anything to do with Graal, and that has also gone unanswered.

I do agree. Also agree with the OP, that is quite ridiculous.

Though you have to admit, not at all surprising. :D

You should take NPulse off the Classic list to teach Stefan a lesson. Think of how many players he would lose.

Npulse may not be one of Stefan's highest priorities but who is it who would ultimately benefit should they succeed in their ambitions?

Maybe you should ask the PWA, since debug is basically a playerworld?

There aren't a lot of things that surprises me when it comes to Graal, for good and bad.

i'd start with TSAdmin http://www.gralat.com/users/2113/25/...les/667345.gif before ultimately removing npulse

Wow is it possible for you guys not to troll a thread? I have already talked with TSAdmin and there is nothing he can do because they do not want to set up remote access to the servers due to security risks. Stefan is the only one who can physically sit at the servers and do it.

so why didn't you post this in tech support with a thread name that stefan might be inclined to actually read?

Queue the stupid picture post from dude2020 and we got ourself a thread.

So here we are over a month after the purchase and still getting the run around. First Stefan goes from being able to transfer the full 180 day to trying to transfer the full amount? If this was free I wouldn't complain but seeing as how we are paying customers this is far beyond acceptable.

One of my staff members purchased a Dev Server in order to keep ours up and running. The server name is Dev Taygen. He gave me the order number which is Order#: ********. Email under the account is: ******* (left out for privacy). We just want to get the Dev Taygen taken down and the time that was purchased switched over to the N-Pulse Debug server. Is there any other information you would need in order to get this done?

Chronic (Taygen) sent you an email over a week ago about the transfer. How long will it take to get this done because we are running low on time on our Debug server. Also Abjorn (coreys) sent you an email a while back about transferring the N-Pulse Debug server over to my account and he never received a reply to it, was also what was going on with that.

I don't care. We pay for this game as well as the time to develop on it so these long wait times are not in any way reasonable. We are paying customers and expect to get what we pay for.

I did my part, i just msg Stefan to own up to your issue. Doubt he'll read it, but if everyone did it, he wouldn't have much of an option...

Thanks for your support, but I don't think PMs are going to do any good. Graal as a community needs to stand up to things like this, but I do not seeing that happening.

Like I said go troll somewhere else this is a serious problem.

So what is the Graal Online staffing going to do about this? Over a month to transfer server time, which in reality would only take seconds, this is far beyond reasonable. We are paying customers so we expect speedy results. If you expect people to pay for this game, let alone to develop, on it you guys need to provide better customer support. If we were an iPhone server I bet we would have gotten much faster results, let alone wouldn't have to pay for a server.

I do understand that Stefan is under a lot of stress to get V6 up and running, but seriously? If you are not willing to take care of your current community, why the hell should future players pay for this kind of response from the Graal administration staff?
