Forum Bug: Tags

Tag's below the text area while making a new thread states "You may add 25 tag(s) to this thread", however it appears the limit is actually 5.

I normally get capped off at 2 tags when I try and add them.

Didn't they post ages ago that tags were disabled because of abuse?

5 tags can be added by the author, and 2 tags by everyone else, up to 25 in total.
