Rules about removing the taskbar

I remember reading somewhere that you weren't allowed to remove the taskbar at the bottom of the screen however you can remove it. If you were to completely emulate everything on it ex; add a button for the cash shop somewhere could it be hidden fully?

I think I talked to Stefan about this, and he said as long as there was an easy way to access the cash shop in-game that you can get rid of the taskbar. Oh, here it is:

I think it would be nice to have this implemented in a lot of servers. It gets annoying ._.
