Computer approval problem
 

I'm using a different computer at the moment and when I try and log onto graal it gives me a message saying that an e-mail will be send to the owner of this account. I have yet to get an email and it's been several days. I have also tried doing it several times. I have done this process before on my second computer and had no problems and got the email right away. For some reason it's not working this time.

What can I do? Is there a way to manually bypass this so I can have access on this computer?

Did you check the spam folder or something? It might be there, who knows.

Talk to an Admin (TSAdmin can do it I believe) they'll manually set the pcID
