Update Level

there is a bug with update level on Unholy Nation, it doesn't appear to ever work. Please help.

If it's a level on the gmap, use /updatelevel unholy.gmap in RC.

Sure this isn't one of those cases where you have to restart the client for the update to actually take effect?

Probably your PCID is different than your RC PCID? Can you use warpto (assuming UN uses the default warpto)?
