Grabbing text off RC?

Are there any functions to collect/interpret what's been sent on RC? Both from users and NC and whatnot alike.

Nope, you can only use /npc command

Perhaps by grabbing it directly off the client RC's GraalControl?

There's onRCChat on clientside if you're connected to client-RC.
