Gelats not showing on account
 

I recently purchased the 21 euro (32 $) pack, and it is not showing up on the account, It shows up on my bank account though that it was taken away.

I've tried to contact staff members, but no replies.
Here's is a last resort.

Are those emails still operating? I thought some didn't work anymore with the supportcentre being down and all.
But yeah, making a forum post will not likely get you very far.

Yes, [email protected] and [email protected] were added because of the lack of a support center.

I messaged All emails, and still no reply.

I'm not sure what your problem is, it's showing the subscription and gelats on your account.

Check the store, you can see your gelats there.
