what do you guys expect of graal?
 

all i need is a sparring arena and perhaps a level that i can have my character sit down at so i can make fun of whoever is talking to me. it's not all that complicated

Some generic-fantasy-ish action game with streamlined, easy-to-pickup game mechanics and no grinding involved. Basically a persistent Alien Swarm, except not in space and more adorable graphics.

well, it seems that most people would like an easy to get into action-oriented fighting game of some simple form that roughly follows a story, though the story itself seems to be pointless and only there to serve as an explanation as to why you are fighting and whom

I would rather have people focus on finding neat/varied/balanced game mechanics, actually, and come up with a story later on when it turns out that people like their gameplay.

Well yeah that is probably why I only enhance the forums these days instead of actually logging into the game.

well in terms of gameplay, what would you be expecting?

personally i'd like to see an advancement on the classic-sword style (like blocking)

A decent community with quests and other things to do with that community, such as events, guild wars, fortresses and a decent storyline. Graal the Adventure from 1999-till whenever the server went down is what I need.

make graal free again. Or give Iphone users the chance to explore the PC version for let's say 1 month free access.
