Well i've ditched Modern and chosen an adventure RPG style classic server

Project Andor is a classic RPG server with a dark feel, which includes quests where you fight dark monsters, win dark battles, and live in a dark world.
We have already started on a tileset and we currently in urgent need of

I see your server is very dark, and hiring a Manager isn't something you usually do around here.

Sorry for off topic, but why shouldn't someone hire a manager?

Hiring a manager is almost always going to get you people who just want to **** around on a server. Even if you (the owner) don't want to manage it, it's best to hire some staff member first then let them work their way up and prove their worth.

What is the point of buying your own server if you're not managing it.

A manager doesn't always have to be a developer, it's a plus. A manager is there to lead and guide his/her staff members :p

A sign that your server will never go anywhere. In a few months you'll end up scrapping whatever your working on now and come up with a new idea. But, this is what happens when people jump into a buying a server too early.

Yeah, I walked into this thinking it was going to be something cool. Name it something different man. This is like naming your new server Shaded Legend or something.

On the other hand, I would do that so maybe you don't have to listen to me.

Call it King Xerses: Lord of the Apes.
