Server backups?

So yeah.. I mean cmon now, how hard is it to get backups of a server now a days? I've messaged Stefan on multiple occasions requesting backups of two of my servers, and not even so much as a reply? Mind you, these messages were sent roughly 4 months ago now. Like, can you not have someone else besides Stefan that can get backups of servers and help people out? I mean it's pretty obvious that Stefan isn't active in the Graal community, so why the heck do we have to suffer waiting for him to get on when he could easily appoint someone to do the things that he isn't doing. !pissed!

You can and should make backups of your own server.
I still have multiple backups of Era starting from 2006.

Are these servers that you had bought and which have run out of time before you could renew and now you want to recover that content?

I had backups but was forced to reformat my PC, and as far as the servers go, I would have to say yes, and no. One server I had owned, but it ran out of a time, and I'm simply trying to get the backups of the content, and as for the other server, I wasn't the "owner" of the server per say, but I made all the content myself, and the person who bought the server agreed that the content belonged to me no matter the circumstance, but he got upset with something small one day, and decided to delete the content without me nor him having backups, I'm simply just trying to get the backups of the most recent content so I can re-upload it. :\

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic, or just stupid. I'm guessing the second one though. :noob:

Delteria still needs their Delteria Dev backup. Graal PC is a joke now, guys. Give up on it along with Stefan.

Stefan has his hands full coding v6 and iPhone Graal.
Restoring backups should really be relegated to PWAs or something.

Bell said 2 weeks, we still havn't gotten our Utopia backups. Mind this was 6 months ago
Go figure.

Exactly, so I don't understand why Tig, or any other PWA for that matter can't do backups.. I don't see why Stefan has to be the only one to do this when it's obvious how "busy" he is. :\

Everyone knows Stefan doesn't read PMs.

Apparently doesn't read e-mails or messages from PWAs either.

Yes, this.

I have backups of servers dating back to 2007 and I store them on an external hard drive so I don't have any problems with losing the data if my operating system breaks and because all of the data in total amounts to 2.8 gigabytes and it would be a hassle copying the data.
