I think they should be removed for the sake of communication (going from server to server to find someone)

I know they are a good way to communicate with each other serverwide...but it's more personal if they log on the server to talk, aswell, there's glitches you can use to bypass some trial/gold stuff (60 seconds delay)

I like global PMs and it's much better if I have something quick to say than to go all the way to a server like Era then back to UN or wherever I was. It does take away from the "locality" but global PM's aren't used as much as normal PM's and masses. =[

Global pm's save me a lot of time.

Disable the option for yourself then, it's not mandatory.

How is it more personal? It's the same exact PM window, and chances are if they log on just to send you what they intended, you're never gonna see their player. In otherwords... it'll look exactly the same.

Also, bypassing that bug is a good thing.

Should just remove PMing altogether and focus on talking in-game.
