Forums down?
 

Sooo what was wrong this time? Seems to be down more and more frequently, and for longer periods.

Tig told me they were moving servers... I don't know it was the original issue :\

The forums are restored, but we will plan to install them on a new machine soon.

i missed them so much ;_;

There are still some problems with PMs, not sure when they will be fixed.
Update: PMs work now.

I get an error when clicking on User CP

I think the problem just came back.

Ok there was a problem with one database, it's rebuilding the search index now so the search will not work for a few minutes.

Now that the forums were down for such a long time, i notice how much of a forum ***** i am. D=

Will the server move also include an upgrade? If not 4.0, at least 3.8.4 =x

Anything notable in the latest vBulletin updates?

Security, and performance upgrades most likely, not that we'll really notice so I guess not. Hoping they drop the measure against percent signs though.

When I view a thread then go back to the regular forum page it still states the tread in bold (which means there is a new post), however, I viewed all the treads and there are no new posts since the last time I checked it.

Weird, it doesn't do that for me.
